TSC Group Rewards Program Privacy Policy

Scope.

TSC Group recognizes the importance of maintaining the privacy of guests (hereinafter referred to as “participants” or “you”) participating in the TSC Group Rewards Program (hereinafter referred to as “Rewards Program”).
This privacy policy describes the practices of TSC Group regarding the collection, use and sharing of personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) gathered through the Rewards Program.
Under no circumstances will TSC Group share any Personal Information about you with any person or organization except in the following instances:

1. in connection with providing rewards and/or services to you under the Rewards Program;
2. to TSC Group partners who provide services on TSC Group’s behalf regarding the TSC Group Rewards Program, including specifically, Mukafaat Marketing Solutions Co. Ltd., TSC Group’s Rewards Program system developer.

4. as otherwise set forth herein. Under certain circumstances, as permitted by law, TSC Group may also share or disclose information about its customers that is aggregated, anonymous or that otherwise does not personally identify you or any other guest.

Information We Collect.

TSC Group will collect Personal Information from participants as necessary to administer the Rewards Program, and as described in this Privacy Policy. “Personal Information” is information that uniquely identifies you, and includes, among other things, your name, mobile telephone number, email address, date of birth, debit or credit card number and transaction history.

Information You Provide

Participants who are redeeming points collected in the Rewards Program are required to complete Registration. During Registration, you will be required to provide your Personal Information. The information may include your name, phone number, date of birth, e-mail address and other personal information.
The Personal Information you provide will be used by TSC Group to analyze how you use the Rewards Program, to understand your purchasing behavior and to send you information and offers for the products or services which are most likely to interest you. You agree to receive these communications in order to enjoy the benefits of participating in the Rewards Program.

Information Sharing and Disclosure.

TSC Group may share your Personal Information as described in this Privacy Policy. Other than as described herein, TSC Group will not disclose your personal information to any third parties

Administration of Loyalty Program

By participating in the Rewards Program, you authorize TSC Group to share your Personal Information with our program partner Mukafaat Marketing Solutions Co. Ltd.. This information will be used to track your transactions with TSC Group and to offer you rewards under the Rewards Program.

Third Party Service Providers

TSC Group may share your Personal Information with other third parties who perform services for us. For example, TSC Group may hire companies to help administer consumer promotions, analyze data, fulfill customer orders and provide customer service. These third parties will not use your Personal Information for any purpose except to carry out the requested service.

Miscellaneous

In the event of a merger, consolidation or sale or transfer of all or substantially all of TSC Group or its assets, it is possible that all customer information that TSC Group has collected, including your Personal Information, will be transferred to the purchaser or the new company.

Under certain circumstances, TSC Group or Mukafaat may share or disclose information about you that is aggregated, anonymous or that otherwise does not personally identify you (“Non-Personal Information”).

Amendments

TSC Group may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes TSC Group makes to the Privacy Policy will be effective immediately on posting to www.alfaco-rewards.com. You should review this Privacy Policy frequently to ensure you understand its terms.

Security of Your Personal Information.

TSC Group takes your privacy and security seriously. For this reason, it has established security measures consistent with standard industry practice to protect and prevent unauthorized access to your Personal Information. While TSC Group takes steps to protect your Personal Information and keep it secure, it cannot absolutely guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us.
